All classes are accessible to anybody and any body ability. Entrance and studio is wheelchair accessible.

Yoga Inspired Mindful Movement

Slow, intentional movement guided by breath. This class is open to ages 13 and up, all levels welcome. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed. No flexibility needed. 

In each session, Lauren weaves together slow flow yoga-inspired sequences with conscious breathwork, creating a practice that meets you exactly where you are. Movement is unhurried and purposeful, designed to awaken the body, release tension held in the muscles and joints, and settle the nervous system. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, this class offers a safe, welcoming space to reconnect with your body and build a sustainable movement practice that feels good from the inside out.

Guided Meditation

A guided, seated meditation led by Lauren. Each session follows a gentle theme designed to quiet the mind, settle the nervous system, and leave you feeling centered after 20 minutes. Session is 30 minutes. No experience necessary.

Each session Lauren guides you through a themed meditation, drawing from mindfulness, visualization, and breath awareness practices, creating a container for stillness that is both accessible and deeply restorative. Over time, these short, consistent sessions build the kind of inner quiet that follows you into daily life. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or looking to deepen an existing practice, all you need to bring is yourself.

Virtual or in-person adaptive seated yoga

Adaptive seated yoga designed for all bodies and abilities. Using breath-synchronized movement in seated or standing postures, this class improves circulation, releases tension, and leaves you feeling relaxed, restored, and ready for your life. Available virtually or in person. All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

This class meets you wherever you are — physically, energetically, and in life. Whether you’re managing a limitation, recovering from injury, newer to movement, or simply prefer a gentler practice, adaptive yoga offers a full and meaningful experience without compromise. Lauren guides you through intentional breath-synchronized sequences that work with your body’s natural range of motion, improving circulation, easing stiffness, and calming the nervous system — all from the stability of a chair or the option to stand. No mat required. No prior experience needed. Just a willingness to show up for yourself.
