Slow Flow Yoga

Slow, intentional postures synchronized with your breath. Movement and poses are designed to support and sustain daily movements our bodies do while being a nurturing workout. This class is set to music, in a non-heated studio, open to ages 12 to adults for all levels. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, restored, and ready for your life off the mat. No prior experience required.

In each session, Lauren weaves together slow flow yoga-inspired sequences with conscious breathwork, creating a practice that meets you exactly where you are. Movement is unhurried and purposeful, designed to awaken the body, release tension held in the muscles and joints, and settle the nervous system. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, this class offers a safe, welcoming space to reconnect with your body and build a sustainable movement practice that feels good from the inside out.

Guided Meditation

A guided, seated meditation led by Lauren. Each session focuses on a theme designed to quiet the mind, settle the nervous system, and have you feeling centered. Session is 30 minutes. No experience necessary.

In a world that rewards constant doing, this is your permission to simply be. Each session guides you through a themed meditation, drawing from mindfulness, visualization, and breath awareness practices, creating a container for stillness that is both accessible and deeply restorative. Over time, these short, consistent sessions build the kind of inner quiet that supports your daily life.

Virtual or in-person adaptive seated yoga

Adaptive seated yoga designed for all bodies and abilities. Using breath-synchronized movement in seated or standing postures, this class improves circulation, releases tension, and leaves you feeling relaxed, restored, and ready for your life. Available virtually or in person. All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

This class meets you wherever you are — physically, energetically, and in life. Whether you’re recovering from injury, newer to movement, or simply prefer a gentler practice, adaptive yoga offers a full and meaningful experience without compromise. Lauren guides you through intentional breath-synchronized sequences that work with your body’s natural range of motion, improving circulation, easing stiffness, and calming the nervous system — all from the stability of a chair or the option to stand. No mat required. No prior experience needed. Just a willingness to show up for yourself.

Virtual and in-person sessions available.
